Clinical Medical Assistant |

This program offers
training for students interested in
clinical medical assisting or administrative medical assisting. Clinical
medical assistants assist doctors and patients in physicians' back offices,
clinics, and outpatient departments of hospitals. They also are employed
as assistants in laboratories or other health service areas.
This program can usually be completed within 12 months.
At the end of the program it is recommended that students take the
National Certified Medical Assistant exam. This is a nationally
recognized certification exam of the National Center for Competency Testing.
